White Evil Against the African-American Community! - By Chief Strong-Blood

On May, 2nd, 1967, members of the California chapter of the Black Panthers (A black Socio-Political group) went to the California legislature, armed, in a peaceful protest. I know you are thinking, why would people involved in a peaceful protest, carry a firearm weather loaded or unloaded?

Let it be known, at this stage of California's history, it was legal for citizens to openly carry loaded firearms in public; no license required. Therefore, the Black Panthers protestors, did not break any: State, City; County and or Federal law.

At the time of this incident Ronald Reagan was the Governor of California, and the very appearance of black men carrying firearms at the legislative counsel headquarters, frightened the “Bejesus” out of the: Legislators and the other people who gathered there to conduct business. It must be noted, the then Governor, Ronald Reagan, was on the Lawn of the legislature headquarters, when the protest began, and said: he don’t see why, in this day and age, people should be allowed to carry guns in this way.

What did Ronald Reagan meant, when he say in this day and age people should not be allowed to carry guns like this? Let us not forget, at this point and time in the history of California; it was normal to openly carry a firearm. Was it because, the bearer of the firearms, were black? Was it because, there were too many black men, carrying guns at the same time?

Let me put this into prospective, it was normal for any citizen of California, who carried guns to do so even if they had business at the: California legislature office. But the fact, black men tried to exercised their rights, and do so, even as a group; turned the heads of the white men and send everyone into a panic "There are black men with guns! There are black men with guns”! This could only mean one thing.

This one act of protest, by the California's chapter of the Black Panthers, moved the California Legislature, to immediately change the Firearm Laws; not by imposing restriction on open carry in Government building etc. but they implemented, a licensing system. This new fire arm law, took California into a one hundred and eighty (180) degree turn, in the way guns were viewed, treated and acquired.

Before the Milford Act was passed, in 1967, all it took for a citizen of California to carry a gun, was a desire to do so, the affordability and the will to purchase one. Now there were an application system, where a small classes of people who were allowed to exercise their constitutional rights, to carry firearms. Notwithstanding the constitution of this the United States of America, give all its citizen the rights to own, keep and bear firearms; citizen of California included.

Although the California Legislature, saw themselves as liberal, and were viewed as such, by all America, this action was not very liberal, but it was highly discriminatory. Let it be known, although Ronald Reagan was not name as the person who brought the bill he was governor and was behind the drafting and implementation of the Milford Act in 1967.

When a USA politician, has presidential ambitions, they are very careful, what they choose to associate with and how they associate with certain things. Had Governor Reagan, put his name in that piece of legislation; it would have hurt his presidential ambitions. He would have been viewed as anti-gun and anti-constitution. In many states within the Union, these titles, are a sure nail in one’s presidential coffin

Fast forward to 1980, Ronald Reagan threw his cap in the ring, in a bid to become, the 40th President of the USA. Reagan Knew it was impossible, to become president, without the black votes. Governor Ronald Reagan, after being terrified by the Black Panther protest at the California Legislature Headquarters, in 1967, vowed to himself; never to be put or have another white person, be put into the same situations ever again.

Only if he can become the President of the United States of America, he can use the office of the most powerful man in the free world, its institutions and resources; to ensure, such fear is never again realized.

Ronald Reagan knew, the type and the level of hate he had for the African-American and their Communities. Even though, Governor Ronald Reagan, tailored his speeches and programs, in his bid to become the president of the United States of America; to appeal to the African-American Community.

The African American love what they heard and they Cheered for Ronald Reagan, they Rallied around and they turned out to the poles, in large numbers, to ensure, their secret nemesis: Governor Reagan, became the 40th President of the United States.

Immediately, after Ronald Reagan, won the presidential and became president, Ronald Reagan got to work, not for America; but against the black community of America. President Reagan, employed the office of the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (The CIA) and the resources of that agency; as well as, the Joint Military Chief of Staff: Lt. Cor. Oliver North and the resources of the US Arm Forces.

After which, he gave to them the go ahead to import, the highly addictive drug: Crack Cocaine, from South America and they deposited the dirty stash, in the black community, in California; which was later, became a key part of what was called: the Iran Contra Scandal.

The criminals, the government operatives, who were involved in this act of hate; against African-Americans, confessed in the congressional hearing, to poisoning, the Black population of California, with Crack Cocaine. Like the common criminal they are; they only admitted to the lesser of their crimes. We all know that program, soon expanded, from the black community in California; who were the ones who offended Governor Reagan, to every black community in the USA.

Don't be taken in by the flimsily excuse, they give about trying to raise monies, to conduct secret operations in Iran. We are all aware, for many decades, the United States of America, federal government, through the CIA, have been involved in anti-government operations in every none-white country of the world.

They financed guerilla warfare against Governments they did not approve of, and in the process, they cause the death, injuring and maiming of thousands of people, and made life, of thousand more unbearable. They finance revolutions, to outs leaders; who looked out for the best interest of their countries and citizens;
They also assassinated, many duly democratically elected political leaders, to have their junior, take over their reign, because they were assured, they can manipulate the strong leader’s junior. And they spread diseases to countries and people just to keep them under their control and afraid. These activities were all financed, by the United States of America Federal Government, and no account was ever required.

I heard the confessions, from and of black professionals in California, who managed to escape, the physical ruining effects of Crack Cocaine; about their experience growing up in the black neighborhood, in California, in the 1980s and the 1990s. Some explained, there were no significant black male presence, in their community; because most of the Black male were incrassated as victims of the Crack Epidemic.

A next faction were uselessly stung out on Crack Cocaine, and they were of no help to themselves, their family and or their community. The last set of Black men, were busy killing each other, for the rights to poison that friend, family, their ancestry, and their legacy with Crack cocaine.

The African-American male, did for the Whiteman (President Ronald Reagan), what he and his ancestors was tried to accomplish for centuries: destroy the black community. Unfortunately; the African-American came close to doing such in two decades.

The white men provided the guns and the Crack and the African-American, went on the rampage like uncultured and uncivilized men, without being provoked; started warlike hostility, against their community. Grown intelligent men, fought for the rights, to kill their family, their friends and other members of their community, with the tool of the Whiteman: the guns and the poison crack cocaine.

What was interested; like the typical Whiteman’s mentality, it was not enough to destroy, the black community, by arranging the mass murders, mass incarceration, and the mass addictions of the black citizens; in the United States of America. The job would not be completed unless Ronald Reagan and white America could profit and become rich, off of the pain and destruction they created within the black community.

The plan had been implemented and in full swing, the first piece of the puzzle were already in place. The Crack Cocaine, were purchased and already in the black community. The effects of the Crack have begun to set in.

By 1983, just two years after Ronald Reagan, was elected president, the legal instruments were signed and the prison system were privatized. The Correctional Corporations of America (CCA) was already form and ready to do business. CCA investors, were poised and ready to make millions of dollars from running private prisons.

Who were going to invest, in private prisons in the USA? Surely not members of the Black community. It was the 1980s; and was as it always have been, throughout the history of America; the blacks community, were omitted, from being a part of the financial class of America. They could barely get the opportunity to work, and take care of their family.

However, as was planned, these new business enterprises were comprised of white investors. No one can ever convinced me, that these investors, were not tapped, long before Governor Ronald Reagan were elected president. There was no coincident, all of these pieces fall into place, so fast and so smoothly without prior planning. The investors knew, their role and they were just waiting, for the right time, to go forward with their plans.

Today, you can see the negative effects of Ronald Reagan's handy work. All over California. California, has one of the most dysfunctional black community, you will find anywhere in the world. As a matter of fact, in Los Angeles, California, the entire black populations are all slaves. The men and women are hostile against each other; as if they are blaming the other, for their problems. Problems which range from mental (demon possession) illness, mess unemployment, and everything else in between.

What is interesting; in Los Angeles California, there is a Black Lawyers Association, there is the Los Angeles Black Female Lawyers association; I am sure, that there are many other, Black lawyers Association within the other 58 County in California. There is also the #CaliforniaBlackLawyersAssociation, and the California Black Female Lawyers association.

Yet none of these Black law professionals and their associations cannot see it fit, the Bring a class actions suit, against the Federal Government of the United States of America; on behalf of the millions of African-American in this state, that were directly and indirectly affected by the acts of the President Of the United States Ronald Reagan and the Federal Government.

This would be one of the easiest cases to win. They don't even have to call any witnesses. They can use the congressional records as evidence. These are sworn statement and testimonies given to a Federal law making body, which made lying under oath a federal criminal offense. When we consider; Lt. Corl. Oliver North was, convicted and sentence to do time for his actions; in the Iran-Contra affairs.

While these Black law professional men and women, in their little boys and Girls clubs they call law Associations; grandstanding pretending they are important. There are thousands of casualties, of the Reagan produced Crack Epidemic, who were directly affected, and are seriously hurting, walk around this state, like zombies, homeless, stripped of their sanity, their dignity and their pride. Their children and grandchildren are also victims, unaware of what is and what is not socially acceptable; because there were no one to teach them.

I speaks of grown men, walking around with their pants sagging and their hands in their pants, cuddling their private parts, as they go and they think that is cute and socially accepted. Men who want to be a part of every negative trend that come around, because they think it is black, cool and socially accepted to so.

Black men who will avoid getting food, and other basic things, to ensure they have marijuana; because the think it is black and socially normal to always have marijuana; I am speaking about: grown men who don't know how to speak to and treat a black woman; but feel like they have made it, when they are in a relationship with an old trashy white woman.

Black men, who want to be a part of every drug craze that comes around and they think it is cool, normally accepted and black to do so. I speak of grown black men, who think it is cool, socially accepted and black to indulge in homosexual activities.

Grown men, who things the foolishness, the White and Jewish music executive instigates, the homosexual rapper: their slaves, to rap is real music and books written by black rappers, which outlining their life of crime, abuse of women and the uneducated use of their wealth is real literatures, and are reading materials to be recommended.

What is even worst: there is a new generation of black youths, who are looking, to this high level of Dysfunction adults, for guidance into becoming wholesome men and women. The only thing that can come of this sorry situation, is the worsening of this dysfunction and extend it into the future with upcoming generations. For it is so hard to reconnect the dots, of positive trend, when there were a break in the link.

In the meantime, the dysfunctional black lawyers, in California and their associations, are too afraid to upset the statuesque. O sorry, they Black Lawyers cannot do anything, that is in their community's best interest. They are all "Gad darn Slaves! They can only take the actions, their Masters instruct them to take.
